Golf course and residential community that occupies approximately 800 acres with over 1,000 residential units. The project was completed as a Planned Unit Development (PUD) due to its mixed uses of single-family attached and detached homes, as well as recreational amenities including a restaurant, swimming pool, tennis courts, and golf facilities.
D&A’s services included topographic and boundary surveys, master planning, and mass grading design for the full development. Complete Civil Engineering design services were provided for the private road, as well as the design of the public infrastructure, construction staking, construction testing/inspection, and preparation of condominium documents. Throughout various transitions of ownership, D&A continues to assist with design and field services as residential development continues to grow within the community.
